F4E launches the 2025 Technology Transfer Demonstrator Call

The selected project will get 50.000 EUR to apply fusion know-how in a new market

Fusion for Energy (F4E) has launched the 2025 edition of the Call for Fusion Technology Transfer Demonstrator Proposals. The initiative will support a project that plans to apply a technology or know-how developed under F4E’s activities in a new market.

European companies and research organisations can apply and present their ideas, showcasing how advanced fusion solutions can solve challenges in other sectors, such as aerospace, energy, manufacturing, or healthcare. The selected proposal will receive up to 50.000 EUR to help implement its project. This funding will promote the transfer of fusion technologies to new markets, and minimise risks taken by the successful applicant.

The new edition builds on the success of previous calls, which attracted innovative proposals in various areas. The scheme is part of F4E’s Technology Transfer Programme, aimed at broadening the impact of fusion technologies and skills across industries.

The deadline to submit proposals is the 30th of June 2025.

EUROfusion is also launching a Call for Expression of Interest for the 2025 Demonstrator Call. Find more information about both calls here.
